Faith View Estates is our existing development which features 3 & 4 bedroom, single family homes for sale and for rent. The houses which are located on Augusta Avenue, Holley Street and Wrightsboro Road, provide low to moderate income families the opportunity to become first time homeowners.
Historic Bethlehem Community
The City of Augusta has designated the Laney Walker and Historic Bethlehem Communities as urban redevelopment areas in accordance with Section 36-61-7 of Georgia’s Urban Redevelopment Law. This designation will be a powerful tool to support significant economic development and enhanced quality of life for the citizens of these communities.
As is being addressed in the Bethlehem/LaneyWalker Revitalization Plan of the City of Augusta, 30901 Development Corporation plans to continue its development efforts in the Bethlehem Community.
