30901 Development Corporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community development organization serving the Historic Bethlehem Community since 1999. We empower low-to-moderate income individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency through quality housing and economic opportunities.
Our work focuses on community revitalization by providing safe, affordable housing and supporting first-time homebuyers with pre-qualification resources. We partner with real estate developers to create both affordable and market-rate housing, investing land parcels to transform blighted areas into thriving, prosperous neighborhoods.
While we've made significant progress in restoring the community, we remain committed to continuing this vital work.

VITA TAX SITE
VOLUNTEER INCOME TAX PREPARATION
Through our Support Services, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the community. This is one of our key areas of focus here at 30901 Development Corporation, and a source of much success for our Non-Profit Organization.

EDUCATION & OUTREACH
FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS PROGRAM
AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM
Most of our efforts pertaining to this program involve studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to implement them.
The first time homebuyers program provides access to financial literacy workshops and homeownership training. The goal is to educate and equip low to moderate income families to become first time homebuyers.
The Affordable Housing Program provides decent, safe affordable housing for all income groups and phases of life, whether through home ownership, rental, lease/purchase or senior rental.
